Southlake's Fast Home Offers, whose online service facilitates quick housing sales by connecting owners with real estate investors, says it had "another record year" in 2006.

Fast Home Offers (www.fasthomeoffers.com) says 65,000 homeowners sold their abodes for a total of $15 billion. That marked a 40% increase in the number of homeowners who used the service, the company claims.
